Shipping & Returns

RETURNS

All VON MYRCE pieces are unique handmade garments, so returns are offered on a case by case basis. To initiate a return, please contact us via the contact form.

Please note that to be eligible for a refund you must:

  • Return the garment within 30 days of your purchase

  • The garment must be unworn, in the same condition that you received it and undamaged in any way.

  • Returns are posted at the customer’s expense, however you will be eligible for reimbursement of postage costs if you present the postage receipt.

After we receive your item, it will be inspected and your refund will be processed, providing the return meets the above criteria. The money will be refunded (within 5-10 business days) to the original payment method you used during the purchase.

If the product has been worn, is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days since your purchase, you will not be eligible for a refund.

SHIPPING

Orders usually ship within 24-48 hours of ordering (except for made-to-order pieces, which take 4-6 weeks to be made & dispatched). They're shipped directly from the studio, packaged and posted by the seamstress / designer.

All VON MYRCE garments are packed in compostable mailers (even the packing tape is biodegradeable).

All products are sent via Australia Post. Once you have made your purchase you will receive an email with tracking information, which you can use to track your package on the Australia post website. 

Orders within Australia will usually arrive within 1- 2 weeks.  International orders will usually arrive within 4 - 5 weeks. 

Lost or missing package:

If for any reason the package cannot be delivered or is damaged in transit, please contact us and we will track it down for you, or process a refund where applicable.
