Fitting Advice
CORSETS: Our corset sizes run slightly smaller than standard Australian sizes - this may mean that the best fit for you is 1-2 sizes larger than your usual clothing size (especially for plus sizes) so:
Always check the measurements listed for each size and go by that when deciding which one to purchase.
Choose a corset that is as close as possible to your bust measurement, or 2 - 4cm smaller if you’d like your corset to fit firmly / have a slightly cinching effect.
If your bust measurement is halfway between two sizes, go for the smaller one.
Avoid purchasing a corset that is larger than your bust measurement - the lacing closure works better with a snug fit.
Note that the measurements given for each corset are the measurements of the finished garment (this does not include any gap between the lacing).
If the bust measurement of a size is right but the waist measurement is too big, go down a size, or speak to us about a custom size via the contact form.

CHEMISES: Our chemises are made in standard Australian sizes and are very loose and comfortable, so just go with your usual clothing size!

Garment Care:
We recommend DRY CLEANING for all Von Myrce corsets - use a trusted dry cleaner.
Alternatively you can gently hand wash your Von Myrce garment in cold water with mild detergent, then hang to dry - make sure to avoid excessive scrubbing or wringing though as this can cause damage.
DO NOT MACHINE WASH. DO NOT TUMBLE DRY.
